If you have an emergency outside of normal office hours (weekdays 9am - 5pm) including bank holidays, please follow the instructions below:
1. Call RPMS on 01482 319603 and leave a message explaining in detail the problem. Calls on Bank Holidays, are monitored (9am - 5pm).
2. If you require a contractor to attend, please contact the appropriate contractor from the list below. Please ensure that you explain the issue fully to confirm they are the correct contractor to complete the work.

Please Note:
1. Contractors may require you to pay the call out charge on delivery of the service.
2. If you call out an emergency contractor to a problem that you are able to rectify or the contractor advises is not an emergency then you maybe chargeable for the call fees plus any repair cost.
3. Reimbursements will be made for call outs to communal issues.
